Central New York Wineries and Hard Cider

Wineries

Some of these wineries are part of beverage or winery trails but they are my favorites stops or destinations.

Bear Pond Winery Bear Pond Winery is the Otsego County’s premier winery offering tastings as well as light food choices to enjoy.

I visit this winery with my wife and bring family when they come to visit. It is a nice stop or a destination for a drive.

Critz Farms Established in 1985 and the 2002 New York State Agritourism Business of the Year, the farm operation centers on diversified agriculture with a family entertainment focus. The farm consists of approximately 325 acres of land, situated just 3 1/2 miles south of Cazenovia. Join us in the fall for our fall festival with pick your own pumpkins and fresh pressed cider in the Harvest Moon Cidery, come in December to cut your own Christmas Tree, come in the spring for the sweet taste of Maple Syrup and join us in the summer for fresh berry picking.

This is one of my Daughters favorite stop
