I am writing this a year in advance…hopefully. The Arts and Crafts Fair of Mohawk Valley has kicked off to our Holiday Season since we moved back to NY .This year the event was cancelled because of health concerns, so like pretty much everything this year we are going to have to adapt.
So hopefully in 2021…. we can start this anew. The Fair is located at the Herkimer County Community College- stretched out through a number of buildings that helps cut down the crowding and gives you time and space to enjoy the individual Crafters. I don’t like seeing the Christmas Decoration coming out after Halloween. Even though this fair usually takes place the second weekend of November, I always felt festive walking around the fair . The Fair provides all the senses something to be excited about smells and tastes especially. All the foods, sweets and gifts make my “Grinch heart double in size” . Make this your first stop shopping if you love unique and hand-crafted items, Coffee, Wine and Liquor.
